General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all Reiki sessions offered by Edyta Nelles, Reiki_my soulspace, including in-person and remote sessions conducted in Switzerland.


2. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations 

Appointments for Reiki sessions can be scheduled by phone, email, or through the online booking system at www.reikimysoulspace.com

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments are free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed session. For cancellations made later or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the session price will be charged.


3. Payment Term

The prices for Reiki sessions are listed on the website or in the price list. Payment is due before the session unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, Twint, or PayPal.


4. Disclaimer of Liability

Reiki is a method to support well-being and does not replace medical treatment. No promises of healing are made.

The client remains responsible for themselves during and after the Reiki session. The provider is not liable for any physical or psychological complaints that may arise during or after the session.


5. Confidentiality

All information exchanged during the Reiki session is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.


6. Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is important to us. All personal data is treated in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of Switzerland. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.


7. Final Provisions

The provider reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The amended conditions will be communicated to the client in a timely manner. Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.For all disputes arising from the contractual relationship, the court at the provider’s location has jurisdiction. Swiss law applies.
